in 1898 at the age of 15 and in her earlier days she worked in a library and later became AAB’s right hand in running the Arcane School by taking over the 4^th Degree of the Arcane School and training the senior students.

She helped to edit the Tibetan’s books.

She was not very outgoing or talkative, one had to ask her questions but she was very deep and a very loving person in a right sort of way. She dealt with people effectively and warmly.

One of her greatest problems was her physical body and from Frances

we know that she was ashamed of it. Even from the Tibetan’s hints we are able to deduce that she treated her body very harshly at times – going from one extreme to the other [ maybe starving and then overeating ] in order to try to control it.

She was extremely sensitive to the issues of racial differences, of social standing and of class distinctions.

Around the year 1962 she was getting therapy daily, then spent some years in a nursing home.

She might have passed on in 1966.

JUSTIFICATION FOR THE CHART.

In January 1898 there was the Lunar Eclipse at 17 Cancer 54 - falling right on the proposed AS and the Solar Eclipse at 2 Aquarius 21 was in opposition to the Solar Arc AS at 2 Leo 54.

Her natal Moon [ the exo ruler of AS and eso ruler of the IC ] is on the Mars/Saturn and Saturn/AS midpoints. In January 1898 the Solar Arc AS came on the Mars/Saturn midpoint by semisquare, in August 1898 the Solar Arc AS came on Saturn/AS midpoint and in September 1898 the Solar Arc AS came to square the natal Moon. All this indicates the break from her roots/home.

The Transiting Nodes were going over the AS/DC axis in June 1898.

Her possible death is given as 1966.

The natal Moon - Mars/Saturn midpoint was activated again, this time by the progressed AS conjunct the Mars/Saturn midpoint in September 1965 and sesqui-quadrate the natal Moon in July 1966 and Transiting Pluto and Uranus over this through 1965/66.

Solar Arc Pluto [ eso ruler of the MC ] quincunx the natal MC in July 1966 and the Transiting Pluto conjunct the progressed AS in September 1966.

Transiting Jupiter [ eso ruler of the 8th house ] conjunct the natal AS in July 1966.

Transiting Chiron, Saturn and Uranus over the MC/IC axis in 1966.

There was a Lunar Eclipse at 16 Gemini 19 on the progressed MC in December 1965 and Solar Eclipse on the progressed Pluto in May 1966.

In 1931, the year of the first instructions from DK, the Solar Arc Pluto [ the eso ruler of the MC ] conjunct the natal AS in October 1931 - indicating a radical transformation in her life direction.

In September 1932 there was a Lunar Eclipse at 21 Pisces 46 on the natal MC and in March 1933 again a Lunar Eclipse at 20 Virgo 59 on the natal IC and the progressed Uranus, indicating increased work and speed in her life direction and wider and more impersonal outlook ( 356 )

The progressed Jupiter [ her Soul Ray planet ] square the natal MC [ exact in March 1934 ] and indicates the wisdom and gift of teaching which she needs to give out. On page 356/DINA I/JUNE 1933 we read: “ Be ready to give of your wisdom and power to unfold and teach when the need arises…”

In March 1934 the progressed Vertex was in opposition the natal AS, the Solar Arc Vertex conjunct the natal Sun [ ruler of the 2/3 houses ] in August 1934. There was the progressed New Moon in the 9th house in August 1934, the progressed MC quincunx the natal Venus [ exo dispositor of the Taurus stellium ] in July 1934, the progressed Moon conjunct the natal MC and entered the 10th house in November 1934 and the transiting Uranus [exo ruler of 9th house ] entered Taurus. All this reflects the June 1934 instruction of stepping up of the Soul awareness, work more with colour in meditation and build the antahkarana, to love with pure purpose and not seek self-recognition.

1934 was an important year [ that is why the focus on Vertex ( point of rectified neglect/fated point/dealing with everything which has not been dealt with ) ]. In 1937/368 instruction DK made this remark ... " three years ago I viewed your condition with questioning as to whether or not you had reached your highest point of attainment for this life and would ( for the remainder of your years on earth ) simply hold that which has been gained. "

In January 1936 there was a Lunar Eclipse at 17 Cancer 16 on the natal AS and the progressed MC activated the natal Neptune/Mars trine by conjunction to Neptune [ the eso ruler of the AS ] in June 1936 and trine Mars in December 1936. It is this Mars/Neptune trine which gave her freedom from glamour and true and clear vision and so she was able to take the place of DAO. In one of her unpublished meditation reports she acknowledged the presence of 6th Ray qualities even she knew that did not have 6th Ray in her present equipment. The progressed Neptune stayed within orb in trine to the natal Mars for a number of years so she must have felt its energy through a major part of her life. We see the legacy 6th Ray expressed through this Mars/Neptune trine [particularly so as Neptune is the eso ruler of her Cancer AS ].

In April 1937 the Solar Arc Chiron conjunct the natal AS, indicating healing/adjustment/building of the Temple ( inner and outer ), increased service.

Transiting Saturn conjunct the natal MC and the progressed Sun in 1937- focus on the Plan and discipline.

In June 1938 the progressed Sun conjunct the natal MC - emergence of the power of the integrated personality but lack of discipline to control the physical body [ transiting Neptune opposition the progressed Sun, conjunct the IC and enters 4th house ( physical body/plane ) ]

In September 1939 the progressed MC conjunct the natal Saturn - emphasis on 3rd Ray separative personality and racial ( Jewish ) issues; refusal to accept personality limitations.

The progressed AS square the natal Pluto in January 1940; Solar arc Pluto opposition the natal Sun in April 1940 and the transit of Uranus over the progressed MC indicates the opportunity of transition in life direction by breaking away[ Pluto ] from the environing circumstances [ Sun ruling the 3rd house ] and release from bonds of racial inheritance [ Taurus/Virgo/Capricorn ] and entering into freedom [ Uranus ] of humanity [ Cancer ].

In December 1940 the Solar Arc Saturn conjunct the natal AS indicates a difficult test of racial control/karma. The Lunar Eclipse at 22 Virgo 38 on the natal IC in March 1941 focusing on her racial inheritance as her major faults to overcome, but also brings the issue of Ashramic work.

In January 1943 the progressed Moon conjunct the natal AS - call for her to move forward into Ashram [ Moon is the eso ruler of the 4th house ].

In March 1944 the Solar Arc Neptune [ eso ruler of the AS and the 4th house ] conjunct the natal AS. This is a very significant aspect in relation to her effort to be a member of the group which stands in the " Middle Chamber " and work from that point of Ashramic life and be sensitive to impression from both Ashrams [ DK and KH ]. Transiting Chiron and Jupiter entering the 4th house [ Ashram ] further emphasise the issue of Ashramic work.

In February 1948 Solar Arc AS conjunct the natal Uranus in the 4th house - entry into KH Ashram.

Your failure is in application of knowledge to the situation. [ Mercury square Saturn ( the Personality Ray planet ) and Neptune ( the esoteric ruler of the AS ) ]

The progressed Mercury square the natal Saturn in August 1932 and the Solar Arc Mercury semi-square the natal Saturn in January 1933. This indicates a spiritual opportunity for serious mental work and difficult decision to work with others in serious relationships [ Saturn rules the 7^th house ]. The transiting Saturn through the 7^th house further emphasises the focus on serious/karmic relationships [ with her group brothers and DK ]

So oft with aspirants, the main weakness lies in one particular body and for you it is the disciplining [ Saturn ] of the physical body [ Mars/Moon ] and an inability to apply your ideals [ 6^th Ray ] to it at need. [ On the one side we have a control ( starvation ) of the appetites/form ( Saturn in Taurus ) and on the other the exaltation of the power of the physical form ( Moon in Taurus and the powerful Grand Trine in Earth ). Saturn ( the dispositor of Mars ) is on the midpoint of Chiron/Neptune ( wounded Heart/Christ consciousness ) and all three are in trine aspect to Mars. She is not able to apply always her ideals ( Mars trine Neptune ) and Soul light/knowledge ( Neptune – the esoteric ruler of the AS ) to control/discipline ( Saturn ) the physical body ( Mars ).

The progressed Sun activates the natal Mars/Neptune trine by sextile to Neptune in May 1932 and sextile to Mars in November 1932. The transiting Neptune is in opposition the Solar Arc Mars through 1931-2 and the progressed Vertex trine the natal Neptune in September 1932 and conjunct the natal Mars in March 1933. This activation of the Mars/Neptune ( 6^th Ray ) energies calls for the self –expression ( Sun ) of the ideal ( 6^th Ray ) to the physical body ( Mars ). The transit of Saturn and Mars over her natal Sun in January 1932 would not make this easy.

You treat it oft too well, and yet at times you alternate good treatment with periods when you treat your physical elemental with undue harshness. [ Uranus, the planet of extremes, is placed in Virgo ( correction ), in the 4^th house ( physical body ) and is trine Mars ( physical body ) in the 6^th house ( health/purification/correction ). Jupiter ( the Soul Ray planet ) is the exoteric and esoteric dispositor of the Mercury/Venus sextile and it is square Uranus, the esoteric ruler of the Libra 5^th house ( expression of the Soul/Causal body ) and both are in aspect to Chiron ( the wounded healer/guide ).

This Jupiter/Uranus/Chiron triangle is the closest interrelation of energies in the chart and plays an important role in the healing/integrating process of the physical body. You have an interesting and rather unusual problem; this is based on the fact that your consciousness shifts all the time from the lower to the higher mind, but often fails to touch the intermediate point, that of the soul on its own particular level.[ We know that Mercury can represents all the three levels of the mind but the astrological correlation to this above statement is found in the triangle of Mercury ( the lower mind ) sextile Venus ( higher mind ) and both in aspect to Neptune ( the Soul ) by square ( of Mercury ) and quincunx ( of Venus ) ]

The correlation of the colours to the planets would then be – Rose ( Neptune ), Yellow ( Mercury ), deep electric blue ( Venus ).

In the building of the antahkarana ( at this stage ) there is a gap in the bridge where the soul is and you jump from the lower to the higher Triad. Therefore, for you, there must be careful exercise in an elementary stage – the alignment of the soul and brain, via the mind.[ The building of the antahkarana/meditation is related to the 3^rd/9^th houses. In August 1934 there was a progressed New Moon in the 9^th house and in the same month the Solar Arc Vertex conjunct the natal Sun.

In December 1934 the progressed Sun semisquare the natal Moon and the progressed Moon opposition the natal Uranus, and in October 1934 the progressed Moon was in opposition the progressed Uranus, and conjunct the natal MC in November 1934.

The transiting Jupiter square the natal Sun in September 1934 and opposition the natal Moon in October 1934.

We see that all the three levels rulers of the 3/9 houses has been involved in the progressions/transits and thus indicating the building of the lower and higher aspects of the antahkarana and lower and higher Triad.

I suggest that you work with colour more than with forms of words, such as seed thoughts, or with ideas. [ Colour is related to 4^th Ray and Venus. In July 1934 the Lunar Eclipse at 2 Aquarius 52 fell on the progressed Venus ( the exoteric dispositor of the Taurus stellium ). In the same month the progressed MC quincunx the natal Venus and the transiting Uranus entered Taurus.]

Even though she did not have 4^th Ray in her Ray make-up, it was strongly represented in her chart ( stellium in Taurus – Moon in Taurus being particularly strong 4^th Ray placement and Venus ( the exoteric dispositor of the Taurus stellium ) in Sagittarius ( transmitting 4/5/6 Rays ).

There is a close relation to her Jewish background through the 4^th Ray as the Jewish race is strongly conditioned by it, in particular through the creative arts. The State of Israel is ruled by Taurus on Personality level ( acquisition of land, money, knowledge )

There is entering into your life a little discouragement, a faint inner disgust with yourself and a sense of failure which – if persisted in – may damage the beautiful thing you are building.[ the progressed Moon still in Pisces, joined there by the transiting Saturn which square Pluto ( the esoteric ruler of Pisces ) and conjunct the Solar Arc Mars ]

It is to be found in your realisation that your inner knowledge far outstrips your outer usefulness. [ lack of integration with the physical body]

You are a deeply versed occult student and your grasp of the inner occult realities far outstrips that of the average student. But it is all introverted; it does not emerge for the helping of the world;[ Jupiter, the esoteric ruler of the 8/9 houses ( occult/higher knowledge ) is in the 12^th house ( seclusion/subjective reality ) ]

it is accumulating and piling up within you [ the exoteric and esoteric rulers of the AS in Taurus ] and , unless you make some definite use of it, it may bring about a condition which it will be difficult later to change.[ over-absorption in study and accumulation of knowledge without practical application is a vice of the 2^nd Ray ( Jupiter is her Soul Ray planet ); transiting Jupiter is making opposition to the stellium in Taurus ]

What causes this condition, my brother? Three things:

Your inner sense of inferiority ( a racial inheritance ) is a definite handicap.[ The Jewish race has 1^st Ray Soul ( Virgo AS ) and 3^rd Ray Personality ( Capricorn Sun ). The Jewish race originated in the last Solar system where the 3^rd Ray or 3 aspect was very powerful. Saturn and Uranus carry the 3^rd Ray ( Lord of memory, the past ) as does Cancer ( related to the last S. System through its relation to the past karmic conditions and to causes set in motion in the past ) and Capricorn.

Cancer and Virgo are ruled by the Moon ( form/matter physical body ) and Cancer and Capricorn are both very materialistic.

In her chart Saturn, Moon and Neptune ( exoteric/esoteric rulers of the Cancer AS and Capricorn Sun ) are placed in Taurus ( matter/form/appetites ), Uranus is in Virgo ( correction/integration ) and Mars ( the physical body ) is in Capricorn ( exaltation of the form/battle between the old habits and the new higher tendencies ).

Mars and Uranus are the rulers ( exoteric/esoteric ) of the 5^th house ( pleasure/enjoyments/self or Soul expression/Causal body ) and are in trine aspect to each other ( sudden giving in to desires of the physical body ).

Saturn conjunct Neptune , Chiron ( wound ) and South node ( past habits/Karma ) in Taurus ( acquisition/appetites/form ) indicates restriction/starvation/inferiority of the physical body ( she was ashamed of it and maybe starved herself after binging/overindulging ).
