Dear Fellow Students of A Treatise on Cosmic Fire,

Here is Part I of the Commentary for Semester 7, Section 13, TCF.

We continue our examination of the lesser builders--both the substantial devas or recipients of force and the manipulating devas. Our focus occurs in relation the devas of the systemic astral plane and also to the sixth subplanes of all the systemic planes.

There are some wonderful explanations of various correspondences involving Neptune, Varuna, the sixth ray, the cosmic astral plane, the systemic astral plane, and the general sphere of 'water' in relation to the systemic dense physical plane.

The lines of transmission between these various Entities and spheres is clearly presented.

There is more occult information given on the "God of the Waters", Neptune, than in any other place in A Treatise on Cosmic Fire.

We will continue along these lines in Part II. As Master DK reminds us, we are into some deeply occult subjects of great importance. We can see Him preparing us for the work on practical magic offered a bit later in the book.
