Karmic mass [accumulation] equals
Desire [motion] multiplied by Will [direction] and karmic lives [duration]

Only as the door is unlocked by the law of demand is another and higher
door unlocked permitting supply. The law of gravitation holds hid the
secret. Think this out. LOM 205.
The karma of matter itself is an abstruse subject and has as yet scarcely
been hinted at. TCF 76.
"The Law of Retribution: is but one aspect of the working of the
Law of Karma."
JC: The law of retribution has been adequately laid out in many esoteric
books. This is however only one aspect of the "working" of this
law. It is also made clear that the "karma of matter" as a subject
has scarcely been addressed.
"The Law of Cause and Effect is not to be understood as we now
interpret it."
JC: We are not to understand and so interpret this law of Karma purely
as retribution.
"There is, to illustrate, a law called the Law of Gravitation,
which has long imposed itself upon the minds of men."
JC: The Tibetan gives us an illustration in the Law of Gravitation.
This has been for some time imposed upon the minds of men and women.
"Such a law exists, but it is only an aspect of a greater law,"
JC: This law of Gravitation is "an aspect" of a greater law.
DK is speaking of the "Law of Karma" and clearly indicates that
it is this Karmic law which is the "greater law" in regard to
gravitation and the one that we know as the Law of "cause and effect".
He also intimates that cause and effect is not to be understood as we
currently interpret it. i.e. as "retribution".
Therefore, DK is indicating that it should be interpreted in another way.
By indicating for us that it is the greater law encompassing gravitation
as an aspect, DK speaks of Karma in a specifically scientific manner.
The association is directly scientific and connective. His indication
is for us to understand the true nature of matter in a scientific manner
as precisely as science has formulated and understands gravity. The karma
of matter must be understood as the higher law of gravitation manifesting
through the cyclic motion and return of substance.
"and its power can be, as we know, relatively
offset, for each time that we see an airplane soaring overhead, we see
a demonstration of the offsetting of this law by mechanical means, symbolizing
the case with which it can be surmounted by human beings. EH 21."
JC: We are completely familiar with the lower aspect of gravitational
force, "the formulation of the Law of Gravitation" as the Tibetan
describes being achieved by Sir Isaac Newton. DK illustrates further the
ability to "offset" this force by mechanical means. A key word
here is the word "offset" when he discusses that gravitation
is an aspect of a greater law which we should consider in an alternative
way. This indicates the gravitational aspect of karma, which cannot be
usually "offset".
Karma then, is the fourth law of the "Action at a distance"
forces of physics, these being Electrical Force, Magnetic Force, Gravitational
Force with Karmic Force being the fourth and yet first law which may not
be normally "offset" relatively easily. By this it is meant
that unless some action to bring equilibrium to a disturbed "pranic mass" is made, the disharmony caused will be proportionately
returned to the originating causal point or initiator of that motion,
repeatedly, until the cyclic motion is harmonised. This is the higher
aspect of gravitation known as cyclic return and supersedes though encompasses
the forces of Electricity, Magnetism and Gravitation.
Karmic force is therefore the fourth law of "at a distance forces"
manifesting as the cyclic return of disturbed or disharmonised substance
to be re-harmonised or arranged into the original form or intention of
spirit in matter. This may be offset or "transcended" by rapid
harmonisation when the law is better understood by the originating cause/person/logos
of how it may be corrected. This fourth law of physics "action of
cyclic law" the "circulatory motion of mass" fulfils the
"unified field theory".
In other words, the field of at a distance forces which was abandoned,
has been unified and explained by the greater law of Karmic return of
substance which indicates supply/cause and function, in perfect proportionate
measure of the material mass and constitution which goes to make up the
many and varied bodies and forms at a given point of evolution on earth
and in the Universe at any given point of time or manifestation.
Space is the result of Expansion. Time is the result of the action
of the laws of attraction and of repulsion, motion
per se, and must be taken into account. Hilarion.
JC: The time of "evolutionary movements"
and therefore of karma cyclically understood is the understanding of attraction
and repulsion and therefore of Motion. This should be taken into account.
It is "a real or true time" and involves the cyclic necessity
of those "resplendent gems" the planetary and solar logi and humanity, nations, races, rounds and manvantaras ect.
It is the motion of mass and substance in cyclic action and return.
Behind this definition, however, lies a real or true time of which the
initiate becomes increasingly aware. The great Law of Karma has received
little attention from the standpoint of time; yet
it is that which determines the sequence of evolution, of evolutionary
progress, the period of
karmic recognitions, and
the conclusion of a karmic cycle." DINA2 339.
JC: The fourth law of motion, the "circulatory
motion of mass" "action of cyclic law".
Time = period of cyclic outgoing
and return in any given

The law of gravitation (or attraction and repulsion)
that governs all the functions of the second aspect logoic. LOM
263.
KARMA is an Absolute and Eternal law in the World of manifestation.
One Absolute, as One eternal ever present Cause.

JC: This basic law in turn is "closely related to the one law
which governs the World of Being -- KARMA." as HPB so informs us.
DK speaks of the higher aspect of gravitation as attraction and repulsion
and as that which emanates from the "heart of the sun" whereas
the lower aspect emanates from the "physical sun" and operates
for us via earth to prevent "scattering". The second aspect
encompasses "the response of the soul of all things to the greater
Soul in which the lesser finds itself" The higher law of gravitation
in itself "governs all the functions" of the second aspect and
is the manifestation of the second logos of "separation" of
spirit matter.
It is the 2nd ray in objectivity, otherwise known as the "Cosmic
Magnet" and it is the Cosmic Magnet that is the second sun, the "Heart"
of the sun. Agni Yoga informs us "gravitation is cosmic magnetism".
We note then, that Newton discovered the lower aspect of the law of attraction
and repulsion understood as Gravitation or that which prevents "scattering"
and holds all atoms, forms and bodies to itself."
Every object in the Universe attracts every other object with a force
directed along the line of centres for the two objects that is proportional
to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square
of the separation between the two objects. Force equals mass multiplied
by acceleration. Newton."
Agni Yoga indicates "Attraction multiplies force" or Force
[mass] is multiplied by the acceleration or degree of attraction. In considering
the "cosmic magnet" the Master Morya
covers in vast scope the law of attraction which is the basic law of this
second ray system. Indeed he speaks of cosmic vortexes or "Energies
which are gathered by a saturated vortex are distributed according to
the poles of attraction" meaning each attraction or repulsion creates
its own vortex of force or initial circulatory motion of mass which demands
satisfaction. This force determining karma is itself determined by the
cosmic magnet or the second logos.
All Karmic scribes and lords work under the governance of this
logos. "Cosmic force moves in a spiral fasion. "With basic might, the Magnet propels forward in the
spiral of the creative potential of energy." This is circular motion
in accordance with the spiral/cyclic motion of mass. Newton in his first law of motion duly states "An object in motion
will remain in motion unless acted upon by a net force."
That is, if applied scientifically to the higher law of karma, any
action will remain in operation until an equal and balancing action is
made to end by way of harmonising the initial action set in cyclic motion.
His second law states "Force equals mass multiplied by acceleration"
meaning in the higher turn, mass or substance motivated into action is
multiplied by the acceleration of its attraction, strength of motive power,
will and desire, inversely squared by the time/lifetimes or duration of
its cyclic return.
Newton's third law is, "For every action there is an equal and
opposite reaction" which indicates in the higher turn of karmic law
that for every impulse to substance will be an equal and returning impulse
of equal proportion to the initial vortex of energy so created. For Master
Hilarion states "Substance will be affected
in proportion to the degree of force put in operation against it."
This then illustrates that substance is affected or its point of balance
altered, its direction changed according to the degree of force used against
it. We know that the type of force which alters matters regarding karmic
return is direction and motion or the degree of "will and desire"
used against it. If there is no self will or desire used against substance
than no cyclic return will be set in motion and a point of equilibrium
or balance is achieved.
Newton's first law of motion regarding physics hints at this "An
object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to
stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted
upon by an unbalanced force."
Clearly, we can see the use of Newton's laws of motion and gravitation as applied to the theory of
a straight line of force which is its fundamental value and system scientifically
understood. The formulation of karmic motion is a higher law which expresses
the scientific theory of:
1. The outgoing and cyclic return of cause set in motion upon matter
and its gravitational effect according to its degree of force over a
period of time or number of lives.
2. Time equals a period of cyclic outgoing and return in any given
sequence of evolution.
